About the talk:

Mr Joseph Chan, a member of the EMAHK, came back from an expedition to Antarctica in March 2012. This is a talk to share with friends and members in the green community about his real-life experience in the precious but fragile land. The whole trip started from late February to mid March this year. It was just cool in a temperate climate like Hong Kong but was already freezing in the pole. He went with in a group of 70 people including scientists, students, green groups and policy-makers. The purpose of the trip was to raise the awareness of people towards climate change and latest development on the land. That is why Joseph is here with us to share his shots. All are welcome.
