We are pleased to announce the formation of the Environmental Management Association of Hong Kong Limited (EMAHK Ltd.) to continue the work of the Environmental Management Association of Hong Kong, a society registered under the Hong Kong Societies Ordinance CAP.151 (the Society).
The operation of the Society has ended on 30th September 2020 and the final AGM was held on 21st August 2020. The minutes of the AGM as well as the final audited financial report have been uploaded for your endorsement . Please review them and send us any comments within 14 days. If no objections are received by 15th May 2021, we will presume the endorsement of both these documents and will proceed with the dissolution of the Society.
Looking to the future, the EMAHK Ltd. Board of Directors and Executive Committee Members will continue to serve our members by organizing more exciting seminars and technical visits. We look forward to seeing you at our events very soon!
