Dear Members & Friends of EMAHK,

You are invited to join us for a technical visit at Fuji Xerox (HongKong) Limited.

Fuji Xerox (Hong Kong) has been embracing the “Good Company” concept – “Strong”, “Kind” and “Interesting” as a fundamental part of the way of doing business to meet customers and employees’ expectations and contribute to communities in terms of environmental protection, ethical behavior and social contribution.

Prior to the Producer Responsibility Scheme (PRS) on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) taking effect on 1

August 2018, Fuji Xerox had incorporated their end-of-life resource recovery program into their unique 360° of SustainabilityTM initiative where multi- function devices, spare parts and consumables are proactively collected, refurbished, and reused. Through these efforts, their recycling rate has reached 99.5% for the past few years.

During this visit, we will learn about their success in this program, and explore how, as environmental practitioners, this knowledge can be applied to our place of work.
